Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as received. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We do not guarantee that our roses and other plants will survive the winter, nor do we provide refunds for plants affected by black spot, powdery mildew, or pests, as these are the responsibility of the gardener. Furthermore, we do not offer refunds for roses with broken or damaged canes during transit if they can be pruned to stimulate new growth.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order. For instance, if there are sudden changes in the quality or availability of our inventory stock that prevent us from fulfilling your order, or orders with special circumstances regarding the shipping address, we may need to cancel and refund it. Examples include but are not limited to: extremely remote areas without courier service, refusal to pay additional courier fees for remote locations, rejection of express shipping methods for long distances or international orders, and inability to receive shipments within the normal time frame resulting in delays exceeding the standard range.
