Shipping and Return Policy 


Please note: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a shipper should use a P.O. Box address, the recipient´s telephone number must be included on the label. Your package that is addressed to a P.O. Box may be delayed, will not be covered by any UPS Service Guarantee, and will require an address correction charge.

Returns Policy

  • The return must be requested within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • HB101 product must be in its original, unused condition. 
  • If the flower and plant are damaged during the shipping process, please kindly take a picture of the product and send it with your order ID to our email address, and we will process a refund.
  • The shipping fee can not be returned.
